Parker Portable Fluid Conditioning Carts (PFCC) are designed for filtering new fluid before service, transferring fluid from drums or storage tanks to reservoirs, conditioning fluids already in use, and supplementing existing filtration systems. These carts are suitable for hydraulic oils, gear oils, and lubricating oils and can also be configured for free water removal..

The carts utilize a two-stage, in-series filtration design featuring high-capacity filter housings. The first-stage filter captures larger particulate contamination while the second-stage filter captures finer particles or can be equipped with a Par-Gel™ water removal element. Available in 5 GPM and 10 GPM configurations, the carts feature a 1 HP motor, industrial-quality gear pump, visual filter indicators, and durable steel frame construction.

Standard features include eleven-foot hose and wand assemblies, a removable drip tray, inlet suction strainer, ergonomic frame design, and 10-inch wheels for mobility. Optional Intelli-Cart™ particle detection technology provides real-time monitoring of fluid cleanliness and moisture levels during operation.

Models are available with multiple filtration media options including microglass particulate elements and Par-Gel™ water removal elements. The carts can be configured to support various cleanliness targets while providing filtration, fluid transfer, and contamination control capabilities for industrial fluid systems.
